RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days from the date the item was delivered, and only if the item is COMPLETELY UNUSED, once a product has been used, we cannot return or exchange it. Glass products are not returnable, please contact support@usmoke.com with any questions
ITEMS BROKEN/DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: A rare occurrence due to our meticulous packing process, but in the unlikely event an item is broken/damaged during shipping, the item and the packing must be photographed and emailed to support@usmoke.com within 48 hours of being received, we will replace the item at no charge once we receive the photos.
note: you may be required to send the item back using a return label provided and paid for by us.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Every order is inspected and quality checked before being shipped. If you receive the wrong item or if the item you receive is somehow defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it, be sure to include your order number. Please do not send your item back without contacting us and getting a return authorization first. Items returned due to customer preference are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
RETURN FEES: Return fees are charged only if the items are returned due to customer preference or as a result of being undeliverable, and not due to an error on our/our partners' side (wrong, broken, defective items, etc). Items returned due to customer preference will incur a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees incurred to deliver the item plus the return shipping charges/liability.
REFUNDS: Once the product is returned to our warehouse, refunds are processed and issued within 24 hours. This will be followed by a confirmation email. Please allow your bank a few days to process the credit.
